Stuck in Feathering.

I'm not sure how this happened, but somehow my PSP 2018 has gotten stuck with Feathering turned on.

Whenever I use the selection tool and select a section of a raster image, the selection automatically expands as if it is selecting "extra" area around the selection that will be feathered. When I crop that selection what I get is my original selection with feathering along the outside.

I have tried Selections/Modify/Unfeather but that doesn't do any good. I've also tried setting the feathering setting to "Default"; still no go.

How do I get the feathering to turn off for good?

EDIT: Nevermind. I figured it out. It was an ID-Ten-T error.

I know this sounds basic, but do you have the Feather option set to zero on the Tool Options ribbon?
