animated gif-animation shop

hello i have paintshop ultimate 2018.today i see in internet something called animation shop.
1)what is that?is a capability of corel's painthop software , is a standalone program?
2)can i create animation from pictures with that?
3)and can i create generally animated gif with paintshop ?

Do a search on download Animation shop and you will find the discontinued program.
It was added in Jasc PSP4 as an extra (Corel would call those an Ultimate version now)

I received it on the disk version of jasc PSP8. Tried it a couple of times to familiarize myself with it but did not have much need for it.

It is a pity that Corel does not resurrect it as another give away for the X+ versions as it seems there is still some interest in it.

generally can we create animation with static pictures in painthsop ?i know that is happened in photoshop using frames

You can create the separate images and save them as gifs but PSP will so far not combine them to make an animated gif.

can i do it with video studio?or draw?a friend of em told me that can i create animation using frames
