I am considering a font manager and wonder which ones some of you might be using and recommend. I have already read of 2 recommended by PSP users. The Font Thing and Font Runner. Both free!!!
It would seem that the functional of a font manager is pretty simple and straightforward so it would be easy to say, if that is true, any one would work. But, if there is something I don't know.....
And, before you ask, let me answer this question, "No, I am not a graphic designer so most likely I will never have a huge library, but I can see downloading a few over time."
are any of you just using a fie location and pointing PSP to that folder specially when you don't have a huge font library?
Thanks
which font manager do you use or just a folder?

I use TheFontThing. The nice thing about it is that you don't have to install the fonts; as long as you VIEW them in TFT, the font is then available in PSP.
That allows me to have hundreds of fonts stored in a folder and ONLY use the ones I want, when I want them without bogging down Windows with all the fonts that I MIGHT use one day.
If you want other font viewers, here is a link to a post about that:

I use Font Viewer, which is free.
However, my first choice is Font Expert, which is not free. But it is the best I've used.
You can temporarily install to use once with either program.

Thank you Cassel and Leslie for the input. I think I will go for the FREE thing first.
