On trying to follow through on a pop ad for the above it vanished.If this was genuine, is there a link to it so that I can take advantage of the offer

I've seen the same pop-up, but it disappears when I click on it...

Hi, i had this happen twice, then today it allowed me 'in' - as far as i can see, i've now got PSP2018 Ultimate for £21.99 
i do not understand pricing policy tho' - UPGRADE was offered @ something like £80 (i already have X9+older versions) yet appear to have got the lot as above. baffles me.
i've had a very quick session, and loaded in Nik plug-ins, all seems initially okay - now i'm going to have a go at PE5.
