I downloaded some, if not all, the available creative content that came with the PSPX9. I doubled clicked and went through the simple install shield process and it seemed to be successfully completed.
However, my question is: where do I go to see the installed content? What folder is it in? For instance, I downloaded the rather large creative content package which has gradients, etc. included. I went to the Corel Paint Shop Pro file folder that is installed in Documents to see if any content was in those folders. however, I did not see any. That file folder may be only for stuff created and saved by the user.
Perhaps, the Corel stuff installs in a different location.
So, where? And, how do I check it to make sure it is installed and available?
Thanks so much.

Re: installing downloaded creative content
Corel stores all of these in the ProgramData folder. The folders in Documents are for your personal creations.
Unless there's a need to look at the files, which most are a proprietary format so all explorer will show you is a basic icon, you can see what all is available inside PSP itself. Open up the Color picker to see the gradients under the gradient tab.

Re: installing downloaded creative content
Thanks for the input. The creative content download is almost a 500mb file. Is there a list of what all is in it and that I can expect to find under what tools?
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

I did just find a list displayed in the forum just above my question not far from the top. So, I suppose, I will find brushes under brushes, etc. etc.
thanks again.

UPDATE found error or part of it anyway
I installed both the 32 and the 64 bit versions. Someone may have already guessed, but I thought when I downloaded the content using the download more content from the 64 bit version, that was it. But, then, when I went to the 32 bit version, I could not find it anywhere. Of course, I know it makes sense. Finally, I used the download more content form the the 32 bit version and found the additional free material for that version as well.
Thanks.
OK. I do not have access to the creative content. It must be installed incorrectly.
I am basing my conclusion that I still only have access to the basic by the fact that I only have access to 65 brushes, 15 gradients, 10 preset shapes, etc. etc. which is far fewer than the number included in the creative content package.
I am looking for assistance in diagnosing the problem or uninstalling and reinstalling. I did unzip the creative content file, the install wizard appeared and applied it. Do not know where it went, but I cannot access it.
Thanks again.

Re: installing downloaded creative content
OK if you look in the tables here:
http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=62261
You will see that for PSP 2018 when you have all the content installed you should have 125 files and 3 folders.
For PSP X9 it would be 175 files in 4 folders.
I looked at my X9 and 2018 folders for self created or other outside brushes in the Documents folder and both folder were empty and File Locations did not show any other folders referenced for outside brushes. So any brushes in those folders were due to downloads and installation from Corel.
My X9 brushes were:
While my PSP 2018 brushes were:
So a quick comparison will show that my X9 has 95 separate brushes while my PSP 2018 has only 70 brushes so some of the brushes from X9 have been dropped in 2018 and there are some new brushes in 2018 that are not in X9.
So with all the brushes that can be imported and found on the net how many brushes do you need / want. Likewise how many plugins do you really need?
