How PaintShop Pro 2018 works off-line?

I want ask if anyone works with PSP 2018 on computer offline.
How it shows dialogs, and starting screens... If it is is usable. So I ask if it starts/close without some nagy dialogs, etc.

Some screens should be fine.

I don't know for sure that going offline will stop all of the naggy stuff but certainly most of it. And of course you can use the full program offline - it's not in the cloud or anything but installed directly on your hard drive and doesn't need anything online (once it is installed) to work.
