First) For some reason, I can't click on the materials pallet with the stylus.
Drawing works, pressure sensitivity works, but changing a color does not. When I click with the stylus on the swatches, nothing happens. When I use the mouse, the cursor works.
Am I dowing anything wrong?
Second) Is there a shortcut key for the brush properties? I wouls like to change size, transp etc with the hard keys on the tablet?

Can't help you with the stylus issue but F11 will bring up the Brush Variance Palette.
PSPX9 | PSP2020 | PSP2021| PSP2022 | PSP2023 & PhotoMirage installed; PSPX | PSPX2 thru PSP2019 owned but not installed

Re: PSP 2018 Ult issues wth a Huion New1060Plus graphic tabl
After experimenting with the Huion tablet and PSP 2018, I came up with some ideas, which might be useful for other graphic tablet users as well.
First) I found a solution for using the stylus pen on the materials palette: According to the manual of the Huion Tablet, the pen nib is supposed to mimic the left mouse key. This does not work for some reason on the PSP 2018 materials palette. In the Huion App, I assigned the left and right mouse buttons to the stylus upper and lower button. When hovering with the stylus pen above the materials palette, I can now select a colour by pressing the button on the stylus without touching the tablet surface. It's a bit awkward, but at least it works.
Second) The PSP 2018 Keyboard Map can be found in the Menu bar under the 'Help' Tab. It lists all the keybord shortcuts. Unfortunately, the PSP 2018 keyboard map is incomplete. It lists no shortcut keys for changing brush options. Luckily I found the answer on page 638 of the pdf manual: 'To adjust the brush size by using the keyboard'. ALT C and ALT X can be used to increase and decrease the brush size by one pixel. SHIFT ALT C and SHIFT ALT X change the size by 20 pixels. Too bad there are no keyboard commands mentioned for changing the other brush options like Opacity or density. But it's a start and I'm happy with assigning the size of the brushes to my 'press keys' on the tablet.
I wonder if the brush options can be changed by creating a script? Any experiences with that, anyone?
