In an older version, X5 i believe, when you created a new file, the cursor would be setting on the OK button so that, if you were going to use an previous setting, all you had to do was left click the left mouse button. It doesn't do that in X9. Is there a way to make it do so?
Thanks. Jim B.

Re: Cursor movement on new file creation
The action to have the mouse cursor automatically move to the default button in a dialogue box is controlled by Windows and the Mouse Properties dialogue. You likely have it set properly if it worked for you in earlier versions of PSP. It works as it should up to PSPX8. Apparently there is something different in the New... dialogue in PSPX9 and PSP2018 such that Windows doesn't recognize the button. That tells me that Corel didn't program that OK button to be active by default. So there's likely nothing you can do about it. The OK button in other dialogue boxes does act as default so you should find no problem with them.jimbir wrote:In an older version, X5 i believe, when you created a new file, the cursor would be setting on the OK button so that, if you were going to use an previous setting, all you had to do was left click the left mouse button.
