PSP2018 installer not downloading

Hi!

I need a little help.
I only see the changeing pictures. 0% progress. 0 MB/ 0GB. I accept the licence agreement (the text is missing!only white space)

Problem confirmed.
Same thing happening on a notebook that is above minimum requirements.
No EULA text, no file downloading. But the photo's do show well.

Tried for 3 days, persistent problem.

The same problem here. I made contact with the support and I`ve followed all instructions, but the problems persists. I`ve tried with three different computers in differents nets, even by GSM phone net I`ve tried.

Q1, What OS you are running on your system? Windows 10 64bit? English, French? Please specify the version in detail.
Q2, What PSP version you try to install? The trial version that downloaded from Paintshop Pro website? Or it's a purchased version. Pro or Ultimate?
Q3, If what the installer you executed is "Purchased" version, when you encounter the problem, please check if a "pspxxx.zip" file could be found in the same installer folder (path). Please also share this info with us.

Quick testing: Could you help to proceed windows update and ensure your system has got the up-to-date version? After that, restart your system and re-install the PSP2018 again. Let us know if it can solve this installation problem. Thank you in advance.

I would tell Corel that, because they are unable to solve the problem, they should just either point you to a site where you can download all of the installation files (instead of just an installer that has to fetch the files from Corel) or email you the full install program.

It did this to me 'within' the company firewall and no matter what I did it wouldn't download. Moved to the standard BT wireless and the download started.

Might not help anyone but at least it's information.

Please check if you have latest version of Internet Explorer. Seems like some "lazy" programmers depends on latest IE stuffs in installer. For me it showed above intaller dialog a confirmation bar if I want to allow run IE Javascript on my computer... Uff.

I have exactly the same problem and can not solve it. Have tried to download the trial version for weeks, but nothing happens in the download window. I use Windows 10 and have tried to disolve both my anti virus and the firewall.
