I have spent many hours trying to render my video and it isn't working. Each time I get similar errors. One says the format only works on Windows 7, 8, and 10. I'm on Windows 10. The next says frame 0 is unreadable and occasionally other frame numbers. I don't know why it won't work. It also freezes during render and cannot interact anymore. I'm very frustrated at this point so any help would be appreciated.
P.S. I'm on VS x10 trial and would like to buy the product buy will not if it keeps having issues.
Also I was able to render a video just give the day before.

Hi
And welcome to the forums
It is possible that the trial version being limited to its editing features is causing the problem.
You do not give any details of your video file, right click a clip and choose properties, what are they?
You mentioned being able to render another video, was that the same type?
You could purchase the program to see if it does work, you do get a 30 day money back period.
Or upload the problem video to a sharing site, DropBox, Google Drive etc.
Provide us with the share link and we can test the video for you.

Re: VideoStudio x10 Won't Render My Video!
I figured it might be the trial version issue.
In regards to file type, I believe it is an MP4 file recorded in 2K HD. My other file that worked was the same format, but had a shorter length of about a minute and no transitions. The new video is 10 minutes and also has transitions.

Re: VideoStudio x10 Won't Render My Video!
I have some updates. My video is being rendered as MP4 and has a base format of MP4. I purchased the full version of VS x10 and now it renders perfectly all the way to 99% (which usually takes a half hour or so) and then the whole program freezes and I have to end it through task manager.
In other news, I noticed that one of my clips has properties of MP4 in 60fps exactly and the rest of my clips (the main part of the video) has properties of MP4 in ~59.94fps (I believe is what it said)
Any ideas on what is going on and what I can do to fix this issue?

Hi
Please provide the full properties of your two video files.
Right click the clip on the timeline and choose properties
What are they?
You can take a screen shot of that panel to create a Jpeg image and attach to your post.
Where did the video come from, camcorder, camera, Iphone and Tablets can be particular troublesome.
It may be that you may need to convert the video to a more editable format.
I would not worry too much regarding the 59.94 to 60 frames, I assume they are from different cameras.
A small program called MediaInfo will read the video properties in full giving more accurate readings.
As a test
Start a new project and add the 60P video, you may receive a message to match the project properties, yes to that, now Share Same as Project Properties or Same as first clip.
Repeat for the second clip, remember to start a new project, to get that message
Do you have problems rendering those on their own?
