How do I move an image?
I've been trying to move my photo a little to the right but I'm stuck. Jimi won't move. I have him in a separate layer and when he's positioned correctly I will merge all layers.

Are you clicking on a non-transparent part of the Jimi the image and dragging with the Mover tool?
Also, your attachment shows that you have the layer that's above the Jimi layer highlighted. You have to have his layer highlighted.
