Incredibly slow

I am trying to put a picture show together and when I went to burn it to a CD the process was incredibly slow. I have a new computer that is normally pretty fast. To burn the picture show it took over an hour. I have used other products were this process takes minutes. An I doing something wrong? Is there a way to make this a faster process?

I had the same problem. It took forever to format the pictureshow. After playing around I did find that if you idicate all the number of DVD's you want to burn they burn faster after the initial one.
