it's probably a language problem with greek i guess.

you could try changing your system language to english for the install?

i don't know. I'm not suggesting you install it as english, just that you change the system language during the install.

It's just an idea. don't do it if you're not comfortable

It looks like you've had this issue at least once before and was able to resolve it. Read through this thread for the pertinent info.

In the thread you pointed, screen captures need to be updated. They are not visible...

And for info : on the French user forum, an user founds the same problem : she cannot install CreativeContent due to the same error message (language). Corel support was no help : the answer was "you cannot install CreativeContent plugin on 32bit computer" (!!!!!)

I didn't see any missing screen captures. Can't speak to Corel's response as my computer is 64-bit. Did the user on the French forum try setting up a new user account?

I just updated the images there so the ugly Photobucket logo does not appear. As new ones turn up in my posts I will update them.
Those captures referred to describe the setting up of a New User account, but will also need to set it to have Administrator access as well

This question has been asked so many times.
I could give you the Microsoft answer:
C:\ProgramData\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2018

But you will not see it there as Creative Content. Instead it is additions to Brushes and gradients etc.
To determine if the Creative Content is installed you have to count the number of brushes etc.
This post shows a comparison between X9 and 2018 versions of PSP and the numbers of Brushes etc from the basic install through to the additions of each of the content packs.
http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=62108

Again because this is asked so many times the tables need to be added as a sticky along with the reply about the difference between PSP and PSP Ultimate versions which also gets asked a number of times for each version.

I've done as you asked, with attribution. The sticky is now at the top of the forum.
