Compatibility with other video editing programmes

Hi there,

Two of my customers want to edit my videos that are made with VideoStudio X9 with their own programmes (Adobe Premiere and AVS).
Is this possible?
Will they be able to read the VSP files without losing any track or data?

Welcome to the forums

VSP’s are Video Studio Project files and as such can only be opened using Video Studio

So no you cannot open projects in other editing programs.

You can of course create a video file of your project, Mpeg, Mpg4, Wav, MTs etc.
That output file can be opened using any editing program.

Thanks for your answer. That means my customers can not edit the videos (e.g. change the text, remove one track...) if they do not have Corel Videostudio?

Correct -- you need Video Studio to open VSP files

Also the trial version will not open VSP's made with the purchased version.
