Rotate part of a video in VideoStudio X*

I have a home video where a 2 minute section has been filmed upside down. I've tried to rotate just that section of the clip but it ends up fixing that section but then the rest of the video is upside down. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious and any help would be appreciated.

Try using the Scissors to cut the clip into sections, then apply rotate.
