how to delete unwanted frames

I have a home movie with a lot of damage video frams like tracking problem of camera. How can I delete those frames using video studio 9

Zoom in the timeline view down to the frame level, use the scissors to cut the movie before and after the frames you wish to delete, click on the bad frame(s) that are now separate clips, and press the Delete key. Now render to a new file using Share -> Create Video File.

... and add a quick transition, if you wish, in the areas where the cuts were made -- I would suggest a quick cross-fade (Under Transitions > FX).
