VideoStudioX9 - MPE4 not rendering

Hello,

I have been a long time user of Paint Shop Pro - and I just picked up a Nikon D3400 with a Corel software package that came with it.

Paint Shop Pro X9 is working just fine.

I have been playing around in VideoStudioX9 - and I have been trying to render a video in Mpeg 4 - 1920 x 1080 format.

When I try to render it - I get an error stating that this format is only valid for Windows 7, 8 , 10.

I have Windows 10 64 bit installed.

In my brief research - it looks like I might not have the full version installed.

Going to my about tab - here is the info:

Corel VideoStudio 19.1.0.10 (64bit Lite)

Can you please confirm this is trial version - and this is why my videos will not render?

The Corel package came with a license number - and it is registered.

My X9 Ult Pro shows as 19.7.0.12 (64 bit) Ultimate.

Do not know if "Lite" equates to trial version, but if it is the trial version it, apparently, is severely crippled.

You could buy VS X10 and make use of the Corel 30 day money back pledge if not satisfied. This will allow you to explore the program and all its capabilities without hinderance.

Good evening - I ended up buying the VideoStudioX10 Pro - and it is rendering my videos just fine.

Somehow - the package that I received with my Camera gave me a trial version - with a license number.
