Where do you see that? Or do you mean User Guide (PDF) found under Help? That of course brings up a... User Guide over 800 pages long:

Are you talking about the Object Extractor? If so, it's still in 2018 under the Image menu. If that's not what you mean could you explain where this tool is in X9.

Object Selection is the tool that used to be used to select, move, and deform vector objects. Before the pick tool took over.

Okay, thanks. Radim was saying the object selection tool was in X9 but missing in 2018 and since it wasn't in X9 that's why I thought he might mean the object extractor.

It's a hidden tool, you need to use the customize dialog to find it, but it still exists in X9. However, it appears to have been removed from the tools list in 2018. This is most likely because, as mentioned, the pick tool does everything the object selector did....as far as I know anyway.

I asked because when I played this two a little bit more I found slight diference between two tools.
So I usually added it on palette. But NO more in 2018. Will see.

I had never noticed that before, but a simple Google search brought it up: http://www.paintshoppro.com/static/psp/ ... -guide.pdf

It appears to be just a large graphical reproduction of everything that PSP 2018 comes with. Very pretty but I can't see any particular use for it. It reminds me of the glossy colour swatch guides you get at hardware stores to select a particular colour of paint...

In the meantime, while searching for this guide, I came upon this in the User Guide p.16:
To access Corel learning resources
• Use your Internet browser to go to www.paintshoppro.com, and
click the Resources tab.
I did just that, but could not find a Resources tab anywhere... though there is a Learning tab.
