PSP 2018 doesn't install due to the EULA not accessible.

I'm trying to help a French user.
She cannot install 2018 (buyed by Corel) because the screen where the EULA (CLUF in French) is displayed is out of screen and she cannot click on "Accept". (see attached)
She has tried :
- changing Windows text display percentage
- running as administrator
- installing the trial version
- and some other things
without luck.
She has contacted Corel but no response.
Does anybody has a suggestion ?

Alt+C
Alt+S
Click on "Parametres/Settings" tab
Alt+I
and installation starts...

1. Does the user install PSP2018 into Desktop machine, NB or tablet (e.g.: Surface Pro)?
2. What PSP2018 version the does user install? Ultimate or Pro?

Here the missing informations :

She buyed Ultimate and installed on her :
- Asus notebook, Windows 10 version 1703
- desktop (tower, customized build)
Installation encountered the same problem on both PCs she solved with Spitfrog's solution.

She has a friend with Samsung laptop and Windows 10. She has the same installation problem with Ultimate.
It is perhaps related to the French version but I don't understand why, because other French users didn't have the same problem.

PS : If I understand you, there is a difference between version Ultimate and version Pro (you ask which version she installed). Could you be more explicit?

The first person has :
1. Internet Explorer and Google Chrome installed
2. Internet Explorer set as default

The other person has :
1. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox installed
2. Firefox set as default

Appears to be a screen scaling issue in Windows. It needs turned down to get the entire EULA- changing the text won't help- change the size of items to 100% or less.

As you can see the comment from "rondo", the EULA display may be caused by the DPI size. Could you help to check with the user who encountered this issue and get what DPI size they applied? Also, if their DPI size is higher than 100%, can you ask them to set DPI size down to 100% and give it a trying again?

One more thing that user can try is: Reset "Internet options" setting of IE and see if it can help this display problem.

Where are those settings in Windows 10 ?

I would be grateful too if someone could say where this can be controlled in Windows 10. I spent considerable time yesterday looking for it. Even Microsoft seemed to say go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalisation (which only appears if you have Control Panel in Category view). But this no longer has a section on controlling font size. It may have disappeared in one of the Win 10 major updates e.g. Creator's update??

In Settings > System > Display, the only option is to change 'Scale and Layout' which includes a reference to fonts. But this does not have a specific control only over size of display fonts, but increases the whole scale used by the monitor to, say, 125% or 150%. However, it may still be what Joseph is referring to.
