Licensing for Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9

I've been a long time user of Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9 and found myself in a situation where I needed a license for business use. I found suggestions of licenses being available for purchasing on Amazon, but this appears difficult as I don't live in the US and I'm unsure if the licenses are valid or even included. Due to these difficulties I figured I could try the new version of Corel Paint Shop Pro 2018 to see if maybe it could function as a replacement - and the answer is simply... no. I'm looking for solutions, and wondering:

* If I purchase a license for Corel Paint Shop Pro 2018 - would this be considered valid for Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9? If not, can this be fixed?
* How much of the old licensing infrastructure is in place? Is it still possible to order old versions through officially supported channels?
