PSP 2018 and Perfectly Clear 3SE

When X9 came with Perfectly Clear 2SE it turned out the SE meant it didn't come with the Beautify function available in the Complete version. With PSP 2018 we get Perfectly Clear v.3SE. As there is no info on the Athentech site about an SE version, I was wondering if anybody knew what - if anything - is crippled in the version that comes with 2018 compared to the version that can be downloaded from the Athentech site.

I should add a compliment to Corel, who make it easy to compare PSP versions with their PDF file. I find that Athentech seems to go out of their way to make it difficult to do the same thing.

Joe, I haven't been able to install Perfectly Clear 3SE yet. Corel support now suggest they gave me the wrong link, but don't count on the Beautify option in 3.

But that is the full version. It might give an idea, though.

So much for Corel giving it al part of the Ultimate bundle.
Then again...just downloaded it and it won't install either, just like the one Corel has on offer.
I do not have a problem with other software, so I wonder what is going on.

Oddly enough, in fact Beautify and Beautify+ are in the V3 version which comes with PSP 2018. See attached image and note faint grey in top left indicating it is indeed Perfectly Clear 3 SE for PSP.

Yes, it does have all of the options shown in Ken's image. I sent a message to Athentech asking the same question and waiting to see if I get an email reply. I'll share it here if I get more info. In the interim, if anyone actually has the Perfectly Clear 3 Complete perhaps they'll be able to provide some info. It's more a curiosity thing given that 3SE seems to do a lot.

I have PC3.1; bought it on sale when Athentec was offering it pre-issue. I don't have SE on this machine, so I can't do a comparison. Rainy day in the campground and finally have a good internet connection. Within my limited experience with this, what would you like to know?

I am just about to watch the online training class that comes with the purchase.

Thanks JCBrown. That screen shows the difference. While the SE version has the same stuff as you show under Essentials, below those essentials SE only has 3 other options: Perfect Detail, Perfect Color, and Perfect Exposure. It is missing the other 4 options. Also, your screenshots show 3 greyish buttons near the bottom of the presets pane on the left which are missing in SE, as well as two other items under those buttons which are also not showing in my SE. I can't make out what the text on either the buttons or the 2 items below them say. So there would seem to be a fairly substantial difference.

Yes, it has those options but, as you'll see from the above posts, it is missing several options that are available in the retail Complete version. But glad to hear you finally got SE installed!
