Have you tried Adjust>Color>Fade Correction?

Again, that's a workaround. Affinity (it was $10) has a Haze Removal "filter." If you want to stick to Corel products, the Athentech Perfectly Clear function in the Aftershot line and the plugin for PSP does an OK job. But an icon for dehaze with some sliders would be perfect! There are times I want to play around, other times I want thing simple, so I can do them and move on.

Again, you would have to be more specific. What sliders do you want and what do they do? I find the Dehaze option In Perfectly Clear works very well, not just OK, and the Strength slider seems to be about all that is needed, although you can use the other sliders available (Exposure, Black Point, Contrast, etc.) as well in that plugin if you want to play around even more. Fade Correction's slider in PSP doesn't have as much strength as that in Perfectly Clear.

A slider or three is just fine. The Athentech is too busy, too many adjustments. I like the KISS rule.

I am trying to elucidate the yellow windows issue. I had installed just the 64-bit version of PSP2018. Now if I want the 32-bit version I must uninstall the old installation and reinstall PSP2018, this time 32- and 64-bit. It would have been easier for me if I could simply have installed the 32-bit. (Why 32-bit? To see if starting it invokes yellow windows; also, many plugins a 32-bit only).

You already have this posted as another topic. I'm not sure why you posted it in this Wishlist topic because this topic is for features people would like to have added for PSP2019. What you're looking for is an answer to why you get yellow backgrounds upon opening 2018 while 99.9 percent of users don't get that behaviour, and of course people are trying to help troubleshoot the issue in that thread.

I was simply explaining why I wanted the 32-bit PSP 2018 on my machine.

The crux of my wish for improvement is the ability to add the 32-bit version (or the 64-bit) later, without having to uninstall PSP 2018.

I rarely get problems that I see with others as I use the recommended settings and install the 32 and 64 bit versions. But congratulations on making 4 posts in a row taking up space in this thread when you could have also just edited your first posting and added the afterthoughts there. Please wish list items only (that is if you hope that Corel will look through the many pages- now up to 12, of this list for the next you beaut features to add - which I doubt because of all this excess verbiage that I am now also guilty of) .
I also quote from the first post on this wish list:

This allows us to direct any visiting Corel development staff to just one topic to see what users want rather than wading through a few hundred posts.

It would be god to also have just a few pages as well. But it appears that people ask for the correction of a non-existent bug because they have not done a posting elsewhere to find corrections for their "bug" first.
Just start reading through the list from the start and see how often a wish suggestion becomes a suggestion for a valid work around, or a correction to the working space because the poster is not fully familiar with their tools. They could have posted the question or suggestion elsewhere first and after getting others advice and if the problem / feature still does not have a work around then posted a valid wish list request.

Now I have gone on too long and will look around and see if I can find a suggestion for the wish list and so edit this post and replace all with a new wish.

1) I would LOVE a better way to make clipping masks. The way that we must do it now is too annoying and long and you have to do the whole process again if you make a mistake etc. Something where you place the vector on top of a mask layer then you can move the stock underneath around and it's "live".

2) I would also love a "move to top" and "move to bottom" for layers. Older versions had this and it has been removed for a long time. Have you ever needed to move 1 or two layers from the bottom or near the bottom, to the top and you have a lot of layers? Closing all layers is fantastic and helps but I still may have lots of ungrouped layers... So a fast move to top/bottom would be great.

Those commands can be found in the Layers menu item dropdown (see attached). You can use Customize to add those commands to the context menu of the Layers palette if you wish.

2) In the dialogue that opens click on the Menu tab
3) In that dialogue, on the right, click the little dropdown arrow under Select Context Menu and click on Layer Palette in the dropdown. This will open the Layer Palette context menu.
4) Now click on the Commands tab in the Customize dialogue
5) Select Layer in the Categories box
6) In the Commands box on the right scroll down to Bring to Top
7) Clcick on Bring to Top and drag it into the open Layers Palette context menu and drop it wherever you want.
8 Repeat step 7 and drag Move to Bottom into the Layers Palette
9) Click Close to close the customize dialogue.

Your menu items should now appear when you right click on a layer in the Layers palette that you want to move up or down.

AND PLEASE - TO ALL READERS OF THIS POST AND THREAD! Before requesting a feature in this Wishlist thread, would you please first post a new topic in the forum asking if your desired feature and/or tool and/or procedure is available or can be accomplished in PSP! If it can, you will get help with that. Only if you find that the feature or procedure is NOT possible in PSP should you be posting a feature request here. This thread is becoming clogged with posts requesting things that can already be done in PSP and then more clogged with replies like mine that point out that the feature already exists and how to access it. The more unnecessary items that are posted here, the less likely people from Corel are to bother wading through posts that are irrelevant to what they should consider for the next PSP version.

I like what you found. Those layers are explained very well. I would like to have the Corel folks add some icons to illustrate the text. Here is a screen snippet from Inkscape illustrating layer icons:
