Error When Closing

Installed MS3D on new Win 10 laptop, made sure that I installed as Administrator and installation was successful, launched OK (with the script error mentioned in a previous post)
However, every time when closing I get the Program has encountered an unspecified error and needs to close, and to send .dmp file to support.

I have noticed that the location of the .dmp file is incorrect, the actual files are located in a different location

Bearing in mind that the program is about 6 years old, help from Support will be non existent, any ideas as to what may be causing the error

Using the Win 10 Program Compatibility Troubleshooter, the report states that the program is incompatible

I do not have that problem, the script error, yes that shows when accessing the internet via the Corel Guide – Home tab

But crashes no problems

Not sure if MC3D has a service pack available, have you tried checking for updates?

My version is 1.0.0.252

Thanks for looking Trevor, my version is the same as yours and there are no updates available, strange when you think about it, Corel launch a new program,then completely ignore it, no updates, no new releases for 6 years or more

FWIW I have the same version, and like Trevor I get no error msg when I close MS3D...

Still having issues, but for some reason do not get the error msg every time when closing, however, every time the program is closed 3 .dmp files are created, even when no error msg is given.
So could you please go to C:\Users\*******\AppData\Local and see if you have anything in the CrashDumps folder, because I get 3 files every time the program is closed

I have nothing relating to MS3D in the Crash Dumps folder, though I've opened and closed the program a few times in the past couple of weeks. Just did so again, but again nothing in Crash Dumps.

Thanks for checking Ken, wonder if this laptop being a 7th Generation Intel is just too much for MS3D
