Express 5 Special Ed (Retail/ESD) won't dwnld completely

I purchased Photo Express 5 Special Edition (Retail/ESD) and have attempted to download several times, but it only downloads about 92%, or approx. 143MB before stopping. I've tried the site's download manager and direct from ftp, but no luck. Any ideas??
