Re: Return to non animated title from Lorum Ipsum
After typing your chosen text/title, double left click the Title in the Timeline, go to Attributes and deselect "Apply" under Animation. This should return the Title to static, still retaining font etc that can then be changed at will.

Hi Kenneth
There may be other settings in Border Shadows etc, a few kicking about, not all easy to find.
Open the attached VSP project and follow the details.

Re: Return to non animated title from Lorum Ipsum
Hi Kenneth
Open the VSP using 2018
View the text box that indicates what to do……..
“Drag this text clip to your library to save a copy.
Then use any time to replace this text
Plain text Arial - font 48
colour white “
When you need to use a text with no animation simply drag this to the timelines then change the characters to whatever you like.
You may wish to change the font type and size, but no animation just a basic text box.

Re: Return to non animated title from Lorum Ipsum
For a new text creation, the text editor tends to use the font settings previously used
So if you explore the Title Library then create a new text the settings may take on those pre-sets. not plain text.
You could of course go through the editors attributes to reset the settings, the quickest way is to select a title that is created in plain text.
Once you have created a text with the settings you wish to use, you can save those by dragging to the library, then other new titles can use that pre-set, most users like to have their titles similar throughout the video?
