VS x10 Ult FREEZES when using video from Google Pixel 120fps

Hi guys
I mentioned earlier that I had passed the details of this issue to Corel Support
I had a reply that indicates they were able to replicate the problem.

Hopefully a fix will be provided

This is awesome news for me!!!! Thank you!!!!!! I just tried the advice from an earlier post...unticking the acceleration boxes and it worked. However when I reticked the buttons...froze!!!

Hi

As the problem seems to be associated with the graphics drivers I deselected the Hardware Acceleration options from Preferences – Performance.

I was then able to add the video to the timeline without freezing the program.

Guys are you able to replicate that?

This is JOKA, the original poster -- YES - I did duplicate this. I deselected all 4 and the video loaded! However if I reselect them Videostudio freezes again.

No problemo here on 19.2

The only problem is video recorded in 120fps (slow motion). Are any of these slow motion?

If you provide us a short 120fps clip from your pixel we will test it.
