thumbnail panel position in ASP 3

thumbnail panel position in ASP 3
I can change the position of the thumbnail panel using the Toggle Orientation menu item. I can place it left of the preview panel or below the preview panel. Is it possible to place it above the preview panel? Just like in ASP 1?
