CVS X10 Keyboard shortcuts

Post by agrafixman »

Anyone have a current list of all keyboard shortcuts for Videostudio X10?

I have seen earlier versions, but they aren't accurate (for instance F=Forward, B=Back, is actually F=Forward, D=Back in X10).

This may also solve my earlier post as well. Thanks in advance.

There is a full list of keyboard shortcuts in the X10 user guide - which can be obtained by going to "Help" - then User Guide (pdf) inside Videostudio

Hi agrafixman

and welcome to the forums

Yes seems strange to use D for Previous Frame
Much earlier versions did use B for Back, I guess F & D being adjacent on our keyboards may have had something to do with the decision to use D?

Thank you for the assist. With the help of the shortcuts I was able to map all the functions of my Contour ShuttleXpress. It works great. I have the buttons mapped to:

1: Cut
2: Zoom Out
3: Split Video
4: Zoom In
5: Paste

Jog: Advance and retard by 1 frame per click
Shuttle: Progressive Fast Forward and Rewind

If anyone needs assistance, I can definitely describe how to set up.
