Got fix from here:
http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... 15#p325208

I did not have any win7 hotfixes that other topics suggested
Original MUIHelper.dll was 226 KB
and this downloaded version is 78KB

copying the original file to desktop, re-saving it (perhaps for file permission and owner's sake) and copying back did not help.
using that version did help.
Thank you BrianCee

Hi

Your projects made with X4 should open ok with X9, providing X4 is still installed.
If you cannot get X4 running then you will have to use X9, tell us about any problems you have.

You could try copying X9 MUIHelper file from X9 to X4
If the fix by replacing the help file does not work then I do not know a solution.

But as I say opening projects using X9 should work ok.

Just to add the file from the other post was copied from X7, as far as I know?
