Paint Shop Pro 9.01 ( Force DESKTOP as 'Open Folder'

Paint Shop Pro 9.01 ( Force DESKTOP as 'Open Folder'
when i load program ( 9.01 ) , i click the 'Open' folder, and up comes a box saying 'My Pictures' .. I do NOT want this box as Default, i want 'Desktop' to always appear when i click 'Open Folder' .. How can i set 'DESKTOP' as DEFAULT ?? ( It remembers 'DESKTOP' if i manually get it to show up, but after 'Re-Booting' ... 'My Pictures' becomes DEFAULT ??? ( Even if i set Cookies etc ) SEE SCREENSHOT
