Bevel edge

Hi i am trying to make a mobile phone wallpaper for my note 3 to look like the samsung edge walls..eg They have a beveled edges..I have tried but cant seem to get the effect i want.. it must be beveled on both side but with a rounded transparent look to it..Can any one help please. I am using psp 9

You could use the buttonize tool.
