Unable to read user guide

Hello,
I have just downloaded the VS X10 Ultimate.
Unfortunately I can't read the user guide (PDF) from the help menu.
I get the following message: "There was a problem to reading this document (14)".
Any help will be appreciate.

This would suggest you do not have not set up your browser corectly or you do not have a .pdf reader application app installed on your Browser

have you disabled apps in your browser ?

down load and install a .pdf app - where you get it from will depend on what browser you are using - the guide will then open

Thank you for your replies.
I have the PDF reader on my computer and I have no problem to read PDF files.
My problem is only with the user guide of the VS X10 Ultimate.

I downloaded the X10 User Guide from your post and still the same problem, but when I downloaded the previous User Guides of X8 and X7 from your post I had no problem to open and read it.
So my problem is just with the PDF file of the X10 User Guide.

Just now. May be this specific PDF file is corrupted? Could you open it?

I have no problem in opening that pdf, simply clicking the link in the post opens in a new tab.
Saved to my pc and no problems.

When last did you update your acrobat reader, John provided a link in his reply above.

I have tried to update my acrobat reader and got the message that no updates available.
I have tried also to install again the Adobe Reader and got the message: "Application already installed".
My current version is 2017.009.20044.
Very very strange
