Rendering issues with CVSX10 and Skin Touch Up

I've recently upgrade from Corel VideoStudio 9 to VideoStudio 10. I primarily use Corel to create music videos. Recently I have tried to use the "Skin Touch Up" effect on footage but it slows down the speed of the program dramatically. When the effect is applied on footage it takes ages to click around the screen, and you can see the program is clearly struggling. Eventually when I was done the video then took two full days to render. I have never had the issue with VideoStudio 9, and when I moved the project onto a computer with V9 installed it worked like a charm. Is this an issue with VideoStudio 10 solely? Any help or insight would be appreciated.

It's been reported before that the NB Skin Touch Up is useless in terms of speed.
