Nvidia Quadro K1000M vs AMD FirePro M4000. VS X9?
Which gpu will offer better performancce when rendering in VS X9 Ultimate? The Nvidia Quadro K100M or the AMD FirePro M4000? Or would Gaming GPU like the GeForce and the Radeon offer better performance for VS?
I'm sorry for my sins Jesus, please forgive me. https://sorryformysins.com

Hi
The lack of response to your other post seems to suggest we just do not know.
I would need both installed to similar computers to test the cards.
Sorry but I just do not know.
I have upgraded my pc of late and did not purchase a graphics card but rely on the main boards.
Overall the pc is faster, Video Studio is quicker, initial tests show I do not need to use Smart Proxy with my MTS files.
Rendering seems to be in real time, although I have only performed one test, times of course do rely on what I am converting. But my general setup seems much improved.
I guess we should ask what problems you feel you are having
although it is difficult to compare our computers unless we share the files so render times can be compared.
To save any confusion I have locked your other duplicate post
