Removing "What's Cool!" Toolbar

New to this program, so go easy on me (COOL 3D 3.5). How can I get rid of the "What's Cool!" toolbar? The one small flash window that quotes "Better Tools, Better Websites". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think I have experienced as such with my Cool 3d. Don't you think its just a spam? Is it connected with the program? ^_^

As far as I know, yes, it's connected with the program. I'll try to provide a screenshot.

It also links to ulead.com, so I'm pretty sure it's connected with Cool 3D.

Maybe you should try reinstalling it again and maybe choose custom, there could be an option for this. Or you may edit registry startup for this program and remove such toolbar. You may do it at your own risk. Honestly I don't have this pop-up on my program even my friend does. ^_^
