I keep getting this format is only supported in Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.
I am running Windows 10.
Plus I really need to mute the original sound in my video (MP4 file from cellphone). I get the preview to mute it, however, if I Share to AVI it returns.
VERY Frustrating.
Please help.

Re: CANNOT Share to MPEG-4
mpeg-4 is definitely supported in Videostudio X10 and I use it quite often
are you using a full and paid for version of Videostudio - can you confirm you are NOT using the trial version
what are the full properties of the video from your mobile phone and what properties are you trying to use for the output

Re: CANNOT Share to MPEG-4
Hi Brian
I am on the trial version - guessing that might be a problem.
I do not want to spend money on software that does not do the job I need.
Thanks
Kalvin

Re: CANNOT Share to MPEG-4
Yes I am afraid you are correct - With X10 Corel have severely shot themselves in the foot and removed several functions from the trial version - and outputting MP4 is one of them
the only hope I can give you is that the full version does handle mp4 without problems

Re: CANNOT Share to MPEG-4
Hi
As far as I know the trial version will handle MP4 video, although the project properties are limited and can only be Standard Definition not HD.
But as your video is from a cellphone, it can be difficult to edit, even using the full version.
It may be the codec used or the fact that cellphones usually record to a variable frame rate, that in itself causes problems.
Try using a video converter to create a MP4 file having a constant frame rate.
Then try using in Video Studio.
