Hi, I spent a considerable amount of time evaluating DVD Movie Factory only to find that the limited ability to create and edit other file formats such as JPEG was a problem.
I purchased Movie Studio to fill that gap and discovered that I cannot import my .dwz files which represent many hours of work.
Does anybody know if this is possible? If not, wouldn't it be a nice feature?
Thanks
Importing .dwz files?

I am a little confused. Have you bought Movie Studio Pro (MSP) or Video Studio? If the former, you might have better luck posting your question in the MSP Board.
If indeed you have Video Studio, then I think you are out of luck in wanting to importing Movie Factory/Disc Creator project files. I also don't think you will find much by way of ability to edit JPEGs either. In fact, it has been my experience that Movie Factory handles JPEG much better than Video Studio, especially in being able to make slideshows without problems and time the slideshow to a particular length of music if that is what grabs you.
Just bear in mind that JPEG is not per se a video format, but is for still images. Video Studio, Movie Factory and MSP are all video editing or production programs, not designed as such to edit still images. It would make more sense for you to manipulate your still images in another program specifically designed for still images, get them the way you want them, and then import them into Movie Factory, VS or MSP...
As for creating JPEGs, then you will get no better quality still captures from your videos in one of these programs over the other. The quality is always rather poor. Certainly not to be compared to a digital still image from a digital still camera.

My bad - typo'd JPEG when I meant MPEG. Capture and movie editing are working fine. But when I get to the "Share" tab, it would be nice to be able to import my .dwz files (from DVD Factory) so that I don't have to go through and recreate all my DVD chapters and menus again.
I did purchase MovieStudio 8 last February and have only recently had the time to sit down and play with it after spending many hours in January evaluating DVD Factory and creating my home video projects.
