Ulead updates

I went to the this Ulead page looking for updates:
http://www.ulead.com/dmf/esd_3.htm
The instructions state that these seven downloads are for
"MovieFactory 3 or DVD MovieFactory 3 Disc Creator."
Can one assume these updates would apply to the "SE" version of mf-3
that came with my WinTVpvr-USB2?

those files are for the ESD versions only (Downloadable). You wont be able to install those file in your SE version.
