How do I download PSP again?

I bought PaintShop Pro X9 Ultimate back in February of this year. I was able to install it and use it with no issues. I recently had to reinstall Windows, but unfortunately the original download link Corel sent me when I bought PSP expired in March. I tried chatting with Corel support but they kept sending me the same expired download link. How on earth can I download PSP X9 Ultimate again?

I don't have the answer, but do have a question. What does Corel tell you when you tell them that the link they keep sending you is the same expired download link so you want another way to download?

Just download the trial version and use your key on that. There is no difference between Ultimate and regular beyond the extras that should have been sent to you via email. That will get PSP installed.

However, do keep trying to get a more official link from Corel. And when they finally give it to you, make backups of the downloads to prevent this in the future.

The trial version is only 64 bit. Are you sure the activation key installs the 32bit version ?

Not sure. But when you download you have the choice of installing both 32 and 64 bit. But only get one activation key. So it should be the same key.
