Hello my friends,
I am usisng PaintShop Pro X7.
I don't know why when I copy a color image to a new project it is pasted in black/white.
(After selecting the color image and paste it as a layer on the new project, the new image appear black/white)
This didn't happen before.
Could somebody please tell me how can I fix this?
Thanks in advance.
Hector.

Re: When copying a color image it is pasted in black/white,
All I can think of is:
If you make a new image [File/New...] as "Grey - 8 or 16 bits/channel" in the Color Depth drop down (or start off with a grey scale from disk), any image pasted in as a layer will be grey scale.
If you have to, you can "Image/Increase colour depth..." to 8 or 16 bit/channel RGB before pasting the colour image as a layer.

Re: When copying a color image it is pasted in black/white,
Thank you Forriner...you are right.
I found the solution by myself some minutes after I posted...When I created the new project it was on grey and not on 16bits color depth...Anyway, it has been a great opportunity to find this COREL community I didn't know exists.
