Newb question

Post by sallyslak »

Hi

If I have already set up my timeline with clips, music, text and so on, is there a way I can "force" the text to stay in the same position relative to a clip even when I add a new clip into the timeline before the clip in question?

Many thanks
Sally

Read the manual
& enable ripple edit on relevant tracks.

I can't believe I have no idea about this feature for so long! Enabling ripple edit saved my time and nerves!

Thank you for a solution!
