Hi
I updated my earlier post whilst you came on line, you may have missed this comment................
“is the problem associated with your screen resolution, are your screens using 100% scaling or has this been increased?”
Just trying to think of reasons why the screen capture would fail.
Hopefully a full install of Windows 10 and a SSD will fix things.
I get another pc tomorrow, hopefully will be able to activate Windows 10, that’s my only concern?
Live Screen Capture fails every time

Re: Live Screen Capture fails every time
sorry I missed your earlier post on the sure why I get notifications on some of your posts and that includes Trevor as well but some I don't. And I'm in the habit of clicking on the link and it goes right to the last post that that notification is for and then I replied to it. I think I said this once before but I'll have to start scanning the whole thread each time there's a notification to make sure I replied to everybody. My resolution is 100% is not upscaled, like I said when I installed my new hard drive and my new Windows 10 and reinstall everything all my settings and everything will change and I'll try screen capture then and see what happens. Thank you for trying to find the fix for this but now I have a problem with my computer which is a lot more important than screen capture so until I come back and tell you all that I installed my new hard drive and reinstall VideoStudio 10 and screen capture is either working or not working I wouldn't waste any more time replying to this I don't want to waste your time.lata wrote:Hi
