I have a problem opening some jpeg files (with any program, not just Paint Shop Pro). In the middle of taking photographs with my Panasonic DMC-FX37 I was suddenly unable to review my photographs. Photographs taken a few minutes before were fine, but the ones I was taking now were blank. When I investigated the SD card on a computer, the "blanks" are listed as jpegs and have a sensible size in MB but no other information (aperture, etc.) is there.
The camera is again working fine with the same SD card and also works in other devices. I'd attach a sample file but they're too big and I cannot edit them!
Any suggestions for recovering my holiday photographs? MTIA

Re: jpeg problem
There are some programs out there that may recover the images off your SD card- do a Google search, but they are usually for recovering deleted files. But in all likelihood there was some malfunction in the camera and the images weren't recorded to the SD card properly.
