Re: Yet another issue of lack of knowledge with Videostudio
It would help if you studied a few tutorials to get the feel of VideoStudio. I know the learning curve is steep and many users want a single button press to solve the problems but, with VS, it is best to break the problem into small sections. So a good knowledge of the basics will help. Try both the Corel and the Gripps (see YouTube) tutorials and master the basics first.
I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not so sure.

As I type this I am watching tutorials, they just don't cover the questions I have asked so far, if they do I haven't seen them yet. I used Help forums for help and so far each question I have asked someone helped me or will I hope. Trust me I am doing as much as possible to learn this. How many other VideoStudio versions have you had??

what we would like you to do is to start a new topic - in the Videostudio forum - about each new feature you want help with - it not only keeps thing tidy but allows people who can answer that particular question to add their knowledge - otherwise we will have just one enormous topic covering every thing and all the answers will get mixed up -- it doesn't matter how many questions you ask - that's not a problem at all - just make sure that you give each question a relevant title - so that who ever is helping you can find and continue that subject look at all the other topics in the Videostudio forum - you will see each has a different title relevant to what is being asked - you may even find people have already asked your question and received answers to
you can always find all your personal topics by clicking on the words "View your posts" at the top of the forum just under the large word 'Corel' so you do not have to worry about finding the answers again
Additionally - can you make your replies a little more specific - we are all willing to help you but we cannot see your computer screen - so for instance when I asked if you could see the two Boris thumbnails -- "no I don't" is not a full answer - " no - I only see the blue and white one" - - OR "no I do not see any of the Boris icons" would help much more
Help us to help you - to much info is better than not enough
