OK an old user needs some help!!!
I have an old desktop that I use for printing only. I now need to use it for some other work. I have x6 and x7 installed and working fine on the computer. I decided to install x8 so that all my computers have the same 'everything'. (My old laptop is older than the desk top with Win 7).
The installation take about 30 minutes. Then I get a message. ----- Installation Wizard Not Complete. 'Your system has not been modified ......... try later'. 2146697211.
So any clues?
My x7 works fine and I'm not inclined to even attempt to contact Corel.

I have not had any problems installing PSP X8 on Win 7, 8.1, or 10.
But then I am obsessed with keeping my Windows systems up to date. So I usually check that there are no new windows updates before I install new programs.
