VideoStudio Ultimate x7 won't open

Just wondered if anyone could help please. The other day after opening VS I clicked on FX and nothing Happened, it wouldn't open, no right clicking would work, so closed down and restarted the computer, started again, and still did it so restarted again, still the same so in the end I reloaded the programme from the disc, it reloaded the programme ok but now you can't open the programme, took it off and reloaded again but still won't open.

At the moment I've removed the programme from the computer, has anyone had this happen before.

Everyone running X7 had it about a year ago - have you used Videostudio in the last year ? - if not then you need to install the Hotfix which you will find here

Just tried your link Brian and there is no download shown for the hotfix that i can see unless I'm being stupid
