Corel VideoStudio x10 rendering issue

I have recently started using VideoStudio Pro x10 to edit my videos. I have a video of about 1:40 hrs. The rendering completes successfully, but when I play the video, it always gets stuck at 40 minutes. I don't know how to solve this issue. I have tried replacing the clip at the part where it gets stuck, but no avail. Also, 95% of the video is the same, but still when I render, it takes me about 2-2.5 hrs before I can see the output. How do I solve this issue? Please help!
