Canon 1Dx mkii CR2 supported?

I'm unable to open files from my new 1Dx mkii. This camera is listed as supported with Aftershot Pro 3, yet these files don't seem to be?
Any help?

Note, I borrowed a friends 1Dx mki and had not trouble opening those CR2 files.
