Hi,
I've been using DVD Workshop 2 with Adobe Premiere 6.5 happily for some months and have found no difficulties in burning many DVD's.
After completing the project in Premiere I use the Adobe encoder to save to mpeg 2 then import this to DVD Workshop 2 where I complete menus etc. before using Nero to burn.
Suddenly and for no obvious reason I find that when I try to import the audio file to Workshop it gives the message
"some files cannot be imported properly"
Can anyone help me with what has gone wrong?
Norman
some audio files can't be imported properly
What kind of file? Not all files are importable. In particular, many MP3 files are not because they don't conform to MPEG standards. If this is the case, they should be translated to wav beforehand. This is not a software fault, it is sloppy encoding of the files.

Thanks for the reply Devil.
Yes, these are .wav files and again I should say that I'm repeating a process that I've done many times without a hitch.
In the meantime I've re-encoded with the Adobe encoder and successfully imported into Workshop so it was probably a one off failure in the system.
