Can anyone advise me please?
I have Corel Video Studio 9 on my home PC and my laptop (both running Windows 10).
I use Drop Box to store my data and this allows me to work from either PC on any documents or programs that use data files like video clips.
I have tried unsuccessfully to set the Video Studio default file locations to allow me to work from either PC to edit the same project.
I always get requests to relink the files when I try to work on the PC that did not first create the project.
Any suggestions please?

Re: Using Video Studio with Drop Box
Hi
As you know video studio links to files on your hard drive to display virtual clips on the timeline.
Editing these does not affect the files on the hard drive.
The links to the files has to be maintained other wise we receive a relink, changing the location of the files or re-naming will cause a re-link.
Moving files to another pc would also require a relink as the files location has changed.
You are using files within a folder on your hard drive, a sharing folder for dropbox, you have two sharing folders one on each pc, each containing copies of your files. At least that’s how I see it working?
If you were to save your files to a USB memory stick then those may, I say may open on another pc without re-linking as all files are saved to one folder.
